Unable to find MLM website template (landing pages, lead capture etc.)

Hello,

I have been looking for a few weeks with no luck so I thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone can help me.

I am trying to find a website template/script to purchase and install for a network marketing website. So far I have found the type of website I would like to have installed, and I found out who made the website, but that is where I am running into a wall. None of the website templates are for sale, but rather cost monthly fees. I am not looking to rent a website, but rather wish to purchase one of my own outright.

If anyone knows where I can find a website package like the one above for sale, please show me the way.
