7 Steps on Your Journey to Building A Profitable Blog

Building a profitable blog is a great way to start making money on the Internet.

Journey to building a profitable blogIt’s becoming more popular and these days many bloggers are seeking the experience and want to learn how to make blogging profitable.

Once you discover how to build a blog and have a system in place for generating income, you don’t have to spend all of your time during the day to run the blog properly. Just make sure to practice some of basic actions on a regular basis and you will be able to make money out of your blog.

At the same time, you don’t need to quit your day job, in order to start making an income online. Now I’m sure that the question arises in your mind, how can I start blogging for money? This question comes to mind especially if you’re a beginner, but even some more experienced bloggers are eagerly seeking the answer to this question.

So, let’s get started with discussing the basic fundamentals you need to put in place on your journey to building a profitable blog.

Selecting a proper niche is equivalent to securing the foundation of a house or building. If the foundation is strong, the house will be too! Select a niche which you are passionate about in an area you have a good knowledge about. For example, if you have a very strong knowledge about photography then try using that for your niche. Niche blogs tend to attract targeted traffic from people who are searching for solutions to their problems. Most of the time they are willing to spend money when they find the solution they are looking for. You want your blog to offer solutions and be seen as an authority on your niche topic.

Establish a Profitable Domain:

Visit a preferred domain registrar like GoDaddy or NameCheap and secure a good domain for your blog. The domain name should be in the category of your niche.

Next, go to HostGator to get your own shared web hosting account. If you already have a web space and a self-hosted WordPress blog, then you can directly publish your articles there.

Number of contents and the quality of content are the two factors that define the service you are providing on your blog. Take your  time and write up around 15-20 quality articles per month and make sure that the content offers good value and helps people solve their problems so that your blog can easily attract more readers from search engines.

This is the most important task to be performed on a regular basis. One of the best methods of doing this is guest blogging. You can submit some of your content on a niche which is similar to your’s. This will drive traffic to your blog. Many of the top blogs are accepting guest posts these days, just be sure to do your research and submit your request in the correct format and use the proper channels. For example, Ms. Ileane prefers that guest author requests are submitted via voice mail on SpeakPipe.

My Journey Back to $250/day with CPA and YouTube/SEO

Hello everyone,

Just to give you a brief overview of why I am opening this thread. I used to make approximately $250/day from CPA with a few different methods but mainly with YouTube videos and SEO. I then left internet marketing to focus on exams and enjoy life for a while. During this time my earnings slowly started to dip due to deleted videos, niches becoming less popular and a pause to my link building.

Now I have have free time again and I want to focus on getting back up to that $250/day bench mark so I thought I would start this thread to help keep me motivated and maybe speak to a few like-minded people along the way.
This is an ad that I inserted!
What I Know How To Do (at least to a moderate standard ;p)
Rank YouTube videos
Perform on-page and off-page (link building) seo
Keyword research

During this journey I will be locking files and specific information with a few different CPA networks.

In particular I will be using AdWork Media which I have found to be currently one of the leading content locking networks. I am also using FileIce when I have specific documents that need downloading.

FileIce is very similar to Sharecash, if any of you are familiar with that PPD network. However, with the experience of using them I had around a $0.77 average download with Sharecash and with FileIce I have around $1.90 so over double which significantly helps my earnings.

Just as an incentive, if you use my affiliate links below let me know and I will happily discuss tactics and methods etc, also it should be easier to be accepted with a referral. ;)

AdWork Media Non-Affiliate Link - https://www.adworkmedia.com/
FileIce Affiliate Link - fileice.net/?index=ed82dc4e8d1376670c26
FileIce Non-Affiliate Link - http://www.fileice.net/

I will try and update my earnings on here daily and will post my earnings for yesterday shortly.

Thank you for reading and I hope you learn something from this thread. Lets make 2013 a good year for earnings!

Journey & Rascal Flatts: Bands Collaborate For CMT Crossroads

NEW ORLEANS — Even before Journey and Rascal Flatts got on stage together for CMT's Crossroads concert Super Bowl weekend, they were already in perfect harmony.

In an interview the day before the show, the bands joked around together, finished each other's sentences, hoped for a San Francisco 49ers victory, and talked about an as-yet unannounced plan to perform some dates together this summer.

"It has been fun," Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus said Friday, a day before the band's Saturday concert. "We've got mutual respect for each other and also love all the music equally. So, when you get a bunch of creative people in a room that love what each other is about and what they do, it's very easy to get along."

Although CMT Crossroads is known for pairing acts of different strokes, the union between Rascal Flatts and Journey started more organically than most. They performed together on the CMT Awards last summer in Nashville.

"Last time we were in Nashville too, (Flatts guitarist) Joe Don (Rooney) came down here and he came on stage with us and ripped it up, so we've been sort of talking ever since then," Journey founder Neal Schon said. "It's like a natural progression."

So when someone proposed a Crossroads concert, Journey keyboardist Jonathan Cain said, "There's only one band that comes to my mind, and it is Rascal Flatts. Gary (LeVox) can really get it, and that's the biggest part of it, is like, can you reproduce the sound? Plus, I love their songs."

The bands belted out each other's hits Saturday night; their rendition of "Don't Stop Believin'" could be heard on the streets of downtown New Orleans.

"It's really just a dream come true," said LeVox, Rascal Flatts' lead singer. "You really have to pinch yourself because you can't believe that you're singing `Don't Stop Believin" and all of the amazing Journey songs that have just been a piece of American music."

The groups said they plan to do some shows together for the summer.
