How to track third party page in Google analytics??

Hi all,

I would like to know how to track third party dynamic pages on my website sub-domain in Google analytics. For eg. I have a website www.xyz.com and my sub-domain dynamic pages links are http://kids.xyz.com/city/?refid=5369&rs_cid=3000020633 something like this and I wanted to track entrance pages all the way booking for new admissions which happens on another site.

Guys can you pls help me out by sharing the best options available to track third party URL's in Google analytics and best way to measure the conversions.
