An earthquake struck the eastern part of Indonesia measuring a 7.1 magnitude, the U.S. Geological Survey reported Saturday. The quake shocked 159 miles along Enarotali in Irian Jaya, according to Reuters.
USGS also reported the earthquake ran 36 miles deep. No tsunami warning has been issued.
Rihanna really wants you to go to Barbados.
The "Diamonds" singer is back as a tourism ambassador for her home country with sexy new ads for the Caribbean island. (She has also been in 2010 Barbados ads, check one out in the slideshow below.)
The multi-faceted campaign, which will be run entirely through social media, will continue through the end of February, reports Breaking Travel News. It kicked off with Rihanna posting images to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #Barbados.
In a video for the campaign, Rihanna can be seen engaging in what are assumed to be typically Barbadian activities like bike riding through the woods or playing dominoes on the beach, as well as looking generally gorgeous while frolicking on the beach. Her song "Diamonds" plays in the background.
According to the Daily Mail, the effort is to showcase a side of the country other than its west coast beach resorts.
A microsite is also to come as part of the promotion that will differentiate "the wealth of experiences available on the island and the crucial factors between what makes some people travellers and some people tourists," reports Breaking Travel News. More Rihanna clips are also on the way.

WHAT IS IT?
The folk duo released a second album, Sounds of Silence, in 1966. However, this is not a first edition of that album. The original cover featured text only — no photos of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. Later that year, the album was reprinted featuring this image captured by legendary music photographer Guy Webster. The picture appeared on four or five additional versions of the album over the next seven years — none of them particularly rare. In good condition, your example could fetch $100 (assuming the record is playable), but worn edges and markings on the cover's surface decrease the album's worth.
While Simon & Garfunkel record values top out at $200, a rare album by their contemporary Bob Dylan — like The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan with four accidental alternate tracks — can command $20,000.

ONE FOR THE MONEY
An original, unopened copy of Sounds of Silence — the cover without a photo — carries a value of $200.
