My name is Leon, I have been doing internet marketing since 2005. Most of the time I've made money as an affiliate (former clickbank premier member with six figures a year sales). Now I am actively moving onto the VENDOR side.Throughout the years, I have written down hundreds of money making ideas on SEO, marketing, web management, design, and others relating to IM. And now I am taking those ideas and turning them into SOFTWARE PROGRAMS & PHP Scripts. It's a huge source of product ideas.
Personally, I do not want to sell ebooks and video guides. I like to sell software tools! I think people find more value in tools and thus receive higher satisfaction rate for their money. At the moment I have 3 software that are ready to be launched and I need your help!
I am looking for JV partners, affiliate partners, copy writer (willing to work on commissions) for my bigger launches.Program #1
Multi Site Indexer - Builds 1000s of backlinks with 1 click from statistics sites.Program #2
Pad Software Submitter - Submits Pad files to 200 Software directoriesProgram #3
Bulk Wordpress Updater + Malware Scanner - Updates Core, Plugins, Themes and scan sites for Malware. Could be HOT!!Many Others Under Development. I plan to launch 1-2 IM software product every month.
For my first launch I am looking to give away 100% commission.
I am looking for long term JV partners / affiliates, since I am actively creating & launching new software products.
I will add JV partner banners /ads to my download page, group products together, OTOs, or whatever works to keep everyone happyHere's a sample download page with JV partner banners.
Sample hereFor a list of my upcoming product launches, no set dates yet. I figure each product launch will be 1-2 weeks after each launch date though.

How do i get the "purest" search results (e.g. every personalization incl geographic turned OFF)
I want my Google SERPs to be as "pure" as possible, with every personalization / historical search weighting thing turned off (aka free from anything that might skew them so I can do apples-to-apples comparisons to track performance.) So what I do before I run a SERP audit is:
(1) I make sure I'm signed OUT of Google
(2) I clear my browser (Chrome) cache and all cookies
(3) I go here: google.com/history/optout to DISABLE customizations based on search activity.HOWEVER, there is still SOME personalization going on, AT LEAST GEOGRAPHICALLY, because even after I do the above 3 things, the SERPs are different (in some cases dramatically) depending on where I'm searching from. For example, when I run a search for club promoter when I'm in Miami, there are a lot of Miami-based nightclub-related pages in my SERPs. But when I run it from Montreal, there are a lot of Montreal-oriented pages. And the difference can be DRAMATIC in some cases: when I follow the 3 steps above to turn off all personalization, and I run a Google search for keyword XYZ:
(i) when I'm in Montreal, my website is #56 in Google SERPs
(ii) when I'm in Miami, my website is not in the top 500 (!!)So two questions:
(1) Is there anything else I can do to make my search results as "pure" as possible? (esp. related to geography?)
(2) What could account for such a DRAMATIC difference (described in (ii) above where my site can move around hundreds of slots for the same keyword search from different cities)?
This is an ad that I inserted!

JobSitesUSA.com - Gets Over 500 Visitors Every Month - Asking Just $100!

Up for sale is the website at http://www.jobsitesusa.com/ which is basically a directory of over 500 job websites. The reason why I started this job site directory is because I couldn't find one out there. The website currently gets over 500 visitors and the traffic keeps on growing. About 20% of my visitors are returning visitors which is a good sign. So far I've only made $6 from the website and that was through Indeed. If you purchase the website you might want to consider changing the Adsense ads with something else because most visitors seem to be ignoring them. But the fact that I've already made some money from it PROVES that it has potential. You just need to find the right program to make money from the site. You also need to promote it more. I would suggest promoting it through social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. From what I understand many people who are searching for a job use social networks. The person who owns http://www.job-hunt.org/ makes over $100,000 a year. I can't guarantee you'll make that much but if you can find a lot of the job searchers out there, you could make a decent income. The amount of work I put into this website is probably worth over $200. Finding and submitting over 500 job boards to the website took some time. I also MANUALLY submitted this website to 500 web directories. Considering manual directory submissions are valued at about 14 cents per submission, I basically did about $70 worth of submissions. But the asking price is just $100.
Here's a screenshot of my Google Analytics stats:

Here is a screenshot of the earnings from Indeed. I made this from a single search for a job.

P.S. This directory is powered by Esyndicat which costs about $97 per license. If you purchase this directory I'll include an ADDITIONAL Esyndicat license for FREE. You can find out more about Esyndicat at http://www.esyndicat.com/ . You can use the other license for yourself or sell it to somebody else.
