I Just released An Open Source Yelp alike Business Review and Rating PHP Script
Hi, About two years ago I was going to build a business review and rating website, but I can't find Open Source script of this kind. Of curse there were paid script out there, but they encrypted the code, which is unacceptable to me. So I decided to make one on my own in my spare time after work.
This is an ad that I inserted!
After I finished the programming, I set up my review and rating site which is to provide business reviews for expats coming to China. just a few weeks I gave up the site, because nobody came to write reviews. All reviews were written by me, however these reviews were not fake, all were translated from a popular Chinese review site. The work is tedious and heavily time-consumed. So I gave up.A month ago I thought It was a pity to just throw away the code, So I decided to clean the code and get it more organized and open source it under the name Upble. Beside published it on github, I also set up a web site for it: Upble (Sorry I were forbidden to add links, please search "Upble" in Google and the dot com domain is it) . If you are interested to build a business review and rating site, please check it out and fork me on github.

NY Times Op-Ed contributor Identifies the source of our problems: The Constitution
Join DateApr 2008LocationSan Francisco, CAPosts7,290
I always get a kick out of reading the NY Times. The Grey Lady and her staff of erudite contributors have long been completely out of step with the American public, appearing to be an increasingly more radical left wing propaganda outfit, but this article takes the cake. Here Louis Michael Seidman, a constitutional law professor with Georgetown University, makes the case for doing away with the constitution.By ChiliPalmer in forum Google API Replies: 0 Last Post: Oct 2nd 2010, 4:04 am By jhmattern in forum Services Replies: 0 Last Post: May 19th 2006, 7:28 pm By TooHappy in forum Legal Issues Replies: 2 Last Post: May 9th 2006, 5:47 pm By UrbitasMedia in forum Suggestions & Feedback Replies: 4 Last Post: Jan 19th 2006, 11:34 am Replies: 14 Last Post: Jan 5th 2006, 5:28 pm You may not post new threadsYou may not post repliesYou may not post attachmentsYou may not edit your postsForum RulesOriginally Posted by NYTimes AS the nation teeters at the edge of fiscal chaos, observers are reaching the conclusion that the American system of government is broken. But almost no one blames the culprit: our insistence on obedience to the Constitution, with all its archaic, idiosyncratic and downright evil provisions.Thats right. The problem is the constitution. He carries on with his appeal to dictatorship: Consider, for example, the assertion by the Senate minority leader last week that the House could not take up a plan by Senate Democrats to extend tax cuts on households making $250,000 or less because the Constitution requires that revenue measures originate in the lower chamber. Why should anyone care? Why should a lame-duck House, 27 members of which were defeated for re-election, have a stranglehold on our economy? Why does a grotesquely malapportioned Senate get to decide the nation’s fate? Apparently Mr. Seidman has forgot that the congressional representatives in the House were elected by the people for a term of two years. Apparently he has also forgot that after the turn of the year, the same party and the same people will still control the House.
As I mentioned earlier, to read such idiotic drivel in the NY Times has become completely unsurprising, which is one of the many reasons Playboy Magazine has a wider readership, with harder hitting articles I dare say. What is much more concerning is that Georgetown is one of the top universities in the country and this idiot is a major contributor to the shaping of our nation's top minds. Like many professors, I can imagine Mr. Seidman runs his class like he recommends the country be run. Like an autocrat, issuing grades based not on performance but rather on perception of thought conformity.
He is truly a good fit for the NY Times, which like the Huff Po, reviews every last one of the comments posted on it's articles and letters to the editor for thought conformity. Non conforming thoughts are tokenized, or omitted altogether. Mr. Seidman's article was so over the top, the NY Times decided to do away with the comments section altogether.
Perhaps most troubling of all, an increasing number of uninformed Americans consume this crap and pay it credence based purely on the source, without ever considering the merit of what is being said.

Cynthia Jorge, Tom Cruise Not Likely To Last If Tabloid Attention Continues, Says Source
Is Cynthia Jorge, a 26-year-old Queens native and New York City restaurant manager, Tom Cruise's new girlfriend? That’s what the cover of In Touch magazine says. However, friends of Tom’s say after this cover, anything she might have had with Tom, is off.
The pair were spotted dancing at NYC’s Le Baron nightclub on Dec. 18, just two days after Tom met Cynthia after dining at Beauty & Essex, where she works.
“Cynthia used to work at Benjamin Steakhouse in Midtown before she got her job on the Lower East Side. And before that, she was a party promoter,” a friend of Cynthia’s tells The Huffington Post. “She has always liked press attention and wanted to be famous.”
In an interview from when she was working at the steakhouse, Cynthia said her favorite part of her job was "meeting new people, from CEOs to celebrities to just really interesting people in the industry. That and the food. I always say I’m so spoiled because every day I get to feast on some of the most amazing food in the city -- not to mention the best steak. I was a vegetarian for 10 years before starting to work with Benjamin’s, now I’ll never look back.”
However, it looks like all this attention will kill any chances of seeing much more of Tom. “He hates it when he thinks people leak stories about him to the press,” says one friend of the actor.
