Need programmer to build custom CRM site.

Hello,
This is an ad that I inserted!
I want to create a site where window cleaners can manage their jobs, add recurring jobs to a calendar, track profits etc. I would also like a option where they can choose to have a automatic notification to be emailed to customer a few days before their windows will be cleaned.

I have not designed it yet but do you have an idea of the cost for this site?
