The Authorship element will be one of the most complex search engine trends considered by Google’s Algorithms. This is a system that allows an author to have their profile picture from Google plus appear next to their listing in search results.
Now, the individual’s Authorship will also be given more emphasis along with the whole website. We will also get to see many improvements in the content, as spamming will not going to work anymore.

Therefore, to help with get a handle on this crucial problem, the best solution is Multi-channel tagging. Providing multiple engagement points for the consumers to make a purchase, improves the convenience and eases of sales, and ultimately boosts profit.
Web analytics: Web analytics play the most essential role in the creation of marketing strategy for any kind of business, as it allows them to better understand their customer’s desires and online behaviors.
Marketers are realizing the importance of web analytics and they are using it for monitoring and optimizing their campaigns in real time. Using Google Analyics, they can easily get the information like how many visitors are coming to their Web site, where they come from, how they get there, where they are going, where they drop out and many more. Conversion rate optimization: Conversion rate optimization (CRO) is the process of raising the ratio of conversions to traffic on a website. The need of lead generation and ecommerce Internet marketers led the evolution of Conversion optimization to a great extent in order to enhance the website’s results.
It has been observed that 8 out of 10 visitors to an e-commerce site never complete a purchase. With the technique of retargeting consumer’s behavior, marketers can recover their lost prospects. On the basis of the previous searches made by consumers on a company’s website, marketers can easily retarget their ads on other websites to appeal to those specific consumers preferences or products that the consumers have browsed, but not purchased.
Google shopping is a great service that allows the users to search for various online sites and compare the prices for the product they want to purchase.
As Google is introducing various developments, there are the strong chances of Google Service will soon become entirely a paid model? When this change will occur, the marketers would have to pay the company for listing their products.
As we all know that anchor text is the best way to get links to your website. Although, with the updates like panda and penguin, Google will pay more emphasis on the thing that these links occurred naturally or have been manipulated. However, it may evenly reduce its dependency on anchor text as far as it has slightest effect.
Guest blogging is simply defined as writing a post for a blog other than the one you manage. Usually, it is a non-promotional method that offers a different perspective to its readers on a particular topic. It is one of the safest white-hat tactics of link building in SEO. This year we will get to see, guest blogging becoming the most imperative force in link building with paid and sponsored ones.
Local listings help you to reach your targeted customers. In order to obtain a lead generating search visibility in Google, local organic search results are one of the excellent marketing sources. And these local organic search results are the search listings that appear with Google reviews. Therefore, by extending the control over the local listings, Google has revised its structure to determine duplicate contents.
The stronger your brand, the stronger will be the relation between you and your customers. Brand promotion will be the best marketing strategy to make your products recognizable by gaining customer loyalty in order to improve the sales and overall value of the business.

The Gun Shop Project, Suicide Prevention Campaign, Effort Of Health Professionals, Gun Dealers
CONCORD, N.H. -- Ralph Demicco has watched the surveillance footage of a man shopping around his store, leaning on the counter and calmly chatting with the clerk before buying the gun he used to take his own life later that day. The man was one of three people, who in the span of a week purchased firearms from Demicco's gun shop and used them to commit suicide.
"I was devastated," Demicco recalled. "At the time, I remember saying over and over, `I just can't believe it.'"
A review of the state medical examiner's records showed that recently purchased firearms were being used in suicides roughly once per month in New Hampshire. Since the string of suicides in 2009, Demicco has joined forces with health professionals and gun dealers in a campaign to help gun stores and firing ranges learn ways to avoid selling or renting a firearm to a suicidal person. The campaign, known as The Gun Shop Project, also encourages gun businesses to share suicide prevention materials with customers.
"It's not that gun owners are more likely to be suicidal or depressed. It's that guns are the most lethal way for someone to take their own life," said Elaine Frank, with the New Hampshire Firearm Safety Coalition. Firearm suicides account for more deaths than all other suicide methods combined and 65 percent of all gun deaths in the U.S., according to figures from 2011 provided by gunpolicy.org, an international group working to reduce gun injuries.
Since the project launched two years ago, groups in 15 states have reached out for guidance or have asked to use its informational posters and brochures. Scott Ridgeway, executive director of the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network, said his group hopes to distribute those materials to the more than 1,000 gun stores in his state by September. A Maryland gun dealer and an Illinois sheriff's department have also expressed interest in the project, though most of the interest has come from suicide prevention groups.
"When you put suicide prevention in firearm safety terms, it makes it something that's already part of these businesses' mission," said Granger Brown, outreach coordinator for the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network. "It changes something that could sound like gun control to being about firearm safety."
Project members hope that media attention from their work and the prominence of the national gun debate will help them draw more attention to preventing firearm suicides. They see it as an opportunity for gun makers to be in the spotlight for a positive reason and said they believe if a major gun manufacturer would sponsor their message, suicide prevention could become a standard part of firearm safety training.
"I would love to see the firearm industry take on this issue the same way the alcohol industry has embraced the idea of the designated driver," said Cathy Barber, project member with the Injury Prevention Research Center at Harvard.
One poster for the group shows two men at a kitchen table, one resting his arm on the other's shoulder, their heads bowed. A pistol and magazine sit before them. The poster reads: "Concerned about a family member or friend? Hold on to their guns." It also lists signs of suicidal behavior.
In August 2011, the group mailed their materials to 65 gun shops in New Hampshire. Four months later, the group followed up, dropping by to see if stores were using the materials. Close to half of the shops were.
"The dealers who chose not to participate, I think, in time will see the value in it," Demicco said, adding that they worked hard to make the project's language "nontoxic" to dealers and gun owners for whom suicide remains a controversial topic.
Some who declined to be involved worry that acknowledging the gun industry has a role to play in suicide prevention could be fodder for lawsuits or gun control groups to ague they're not doing enough, Demicco said.
Demicco said his shop has sent people away "madder than hoot owls" when he wouldn't sell them a weapon, but he doesn't recall any formal allegations of discrimination. He said most denials are because a person lacks basic firearm knowledge, but others were denied because something about them gave him or his employees pause. Demicco said his workers were never under any pressure to make sales, but taking on the project has helped his business make better decisions.

Human Rights Campaign Apologizes For Censoring Undocumented, Trans Activists At Marriage Protests
The lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) rights group Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has issued an apology for a pair of "unfortunate incidents" that occurred in the midst of large-scale marriage equality protests last week outside the Supreme Court.
Posted on HRC's website by Fred Sainz, the group's vice president of communications and marketing, the statement expressed sadness for two events in particular. From Sainz's post:
In one case, a trans activist was asked to remove the trans pride flag from behind the podium, and in another, a queer undocumented speaker was asked to remove reference to his immigration status in his remarks.HRC joined in a coalition statement on Friday apologizing for these incidents and the individuals involved have personally offered their apologies to those affected. But to be perfectly clear, HRC regrets the incidents and offers our apologies to those who were hurt by our actions. We failed to live up to the high standard to which we hold ourselves accountable and we will strive to do better in the future.
The marriage equality protests last week were organized and held March 26 and 27 by the United for Marriage coalition, a group of organizations led, in part, by the HRC. United for Marriage issued its own apology on March 29 for the incidents. But for several days the HRC resisted issuing a direct apology, even as blogs such as Transition Transmission and the Queer Undocumented Immigrant Project (QUIP) directly accused HRC staffers of the mistreatment in question.
On March 28, Transition Transmission demanded an apology in a blog post, while QUIP uploaded a YouTube video, earnestly titled "HRC, don't push us back in the closet."
In the video, QUIP activist Jerssay Arredondo stated, "Prior to getting on stage, my speech was revised ... I was told not to share the reality of what it means to be a undocu-queer immigrant in this country." (Watch QUIP's video, above.)
Another young woman from QUIP, identified by Voxxi as Imelda Plascencia, maintained that the "real life struggles and daily challenges" of the undocumented LGBT have been "pushed into the closet, and excluded from the dominant narrative. It is not enough for LGBTQ communities to say they are in solidarity with our struggle. Solidarity is love reflected through actions and support."
QNotes reported that several other protesters also witnessed HRC staffers requesting the trans pride flag be taken down.
In response, HRC Communications Director Michael Cole-Schwartz told QNotes on March 28 that it was "not true to suggest that any person or organization was told their flag was less important than another — this did not occur and no HRC staff member would ever tolerate such behavior."
However, this is not the first time the HRC has fielded complaints regarding its treatment of less "mainstream" LGBT communities, in particular the transgender community.
In 2007, the group was criticized for supporting a version of Congress's proposed Employment Non-Discrimination Act that did not include protections for transgender Americans. The HRC later reversed its position on that legislation, but not before blogs excoriated the group for contemplating "turning its back on the T" in LGBT.
This is what we call, “yielding to the politics of respectability,” student journalist Karlee Johnson wrote in 2011. "HRC’s unfortunate tactic in this instance was meant to essentially butter up the American political system by introducing a bill that protected the rights of innocuous gay and lesbian people who, for the most part, subscribed to gender norms, making them 'respectable.' Separating the 'T' from the 'LGB' perpetuated the transphobia that has historically weakened the queer rights movement."
The Human Rights Campaign did not respond to The Huffington Post's request for comment.

It’s the restaurant’s first sustained effort to reach Hispanic customers, with ads running on Telemundo, Univision, ESPN Deportes, and other Spanish language channels through March.

by Ahmed Raza on December 21, 2012 · 62 commentsin Blogging Tutorials, Guest PostsHow many times have you thought about starting a website or an online business but drew a blank in your head when it came to deciding how to start or execute your marketing campaigns. A lot of agencies and marketers are good on paper and dominate in discussions, but when it comes to execution their minds go blank. Digital marketing is all about brainstorming great ideas and then implementing them, if you cannot walk all the talk you make, you need to read this post!
Today’s topic is to list some top link building and marketing strategies which are not only sound good on paper, but are actually implementable. Prior to moving down to the list, the best tip I can give you about executions is to roll your sleeves up and get practical, if you are stuck somewhere then ASK for help! You won’t be able to execute until you kill your fear of not being able to do it.

A lot of educational organizations, charities, local councils and media encourage and give coverage to events which are created purely for public awareness. ProfilesCreative which is a creative marketing recruitment agency have been planning to run graduate schemes and create local events in universities to help new graduates get jobs in creative verticals.
This is a good strategy where you can observe mutual benefit, if such campaigns are well thought out and are based on high moral grounds, they can definitely secure traction, traffic, branding and backlinks from highly authoritative websites and media outlets. Think about helping others and good things will happen to you in return.
This one is hectic but extremely practical and productive methodology. If you are expert in your niche, look around for educational and or government portals and read through their resource sections. If you find weakness in there or observe that their content lacks depth, you can go ahead and create a great guide or an Infographic and then use that for your content marketing outreach. Approach targeted high authority websites and present them with your content and explain to them how this can benefit their readers. There are a lot of examples where marketers successfully executed similar link building strategies effectively and so can you.
If you are kick starting a company and have good set of design or development skills what you can do is reach out some sites in your vertical and offer them your service for free in exchange of a link. Think of a holiday season or some upcoming important event and offer your target site to design a new logo. For example, Christmas is coming! What I would do is revolve my marketing campaign around the idea of Xmas and send out emails or approach owners of relevant sites on Twitter or Facebook and offer to make them a unique header, logo or graphic adorned with Santa, Lights, Xmas trees or snow in the design. This has worked for me previously and I am sure it can work for you too. If you don’t have design skills, you can go to a freelancing site or even better try Fiverr and pay someone 5 dollars to do the job.

Now a lot might think this strategy is probably not worth all the time and hassle, but my friend you cannot be more wrong. If you don’t have strong social media presence then you are missing out on a lot. First thing is to go ahead and register on Twitter, Facebook, Google +, Pinterest and any other social media website of your choice.
Most of editors, journalists, bloggers, site owners have social media profiles and using JustRetweet, Followerwonk or Tweepli, you can narrow down your target audience and follow the power users like @ileane Communicate to people in your verticals, be polite and don’t be pushy! Get their attention by sharing their content, replying to their Tweets and making valuable suggestions. Once a contact is established, reach out them and suggest how you can write a great piece on content for them and also let them know of how you will promote their content. Remember the ego bait works like a charm!
If you are working in a boring niche, the conventional marketing strategies might be counterproductive. You must not use template based emails for your outreach approach. Recruit smarter ideas, that is offer incentives and help. This strategy works really well if you are a power user on social media. So lets say you are an individual marketer or an agency with hundreds of thousands of followers under your facebook or twitter page, you can use your pages as a bait to attract webmasters to let you write on their websites. To make this work, you can pitch your email with something like this.
Hello XYZ, (use real names if known)
My name is XYZ, i have been writing on ($niche) for $X amount of years. I have been reading posts on your blog for a while and I must say they always tickle my innovative bone. I was hoping if you would be interested in a guest post, I can prepare a unique post supported with a lot of images and possibly a video, I will make sure it is engaging enough and compel your readers to share it around.
Beside that, I hold $X amount of fans on twitter who are passionate about such content, once I have posted on your blog, I shall make sure I post it around on social media and bring in direct traffic to the article I post. I hope you see the opportunity in it and get back to me.
Regards ABC
If you can implement these creative link building strategies then good enough, else use them as food for thought!
