Setup WP with free theme. Link social networking site like Pinterest to auto post my new post to Pinterest.
Go to Fiverr and hire someone to write some faux reviews related to your product. Or Write your own.
Update articles to contain your affiliate link to the product.
Paste these, twice a day with 10 hours in between them.

Works for me in a variety of sites and methods.

I earned $250 last month on 1 site on a similar method. Of course I'm not giving all my secrets away but there it is. Bought domain, did the rest myself. Profit.
