This article will guide you through the process of creating a video greeting eCard using the GoAnimate application through the "YouTube Create" platform.

Edit Steps1Go to the YouTube Create page at http://www.youtube.com/create. Find the GoAnimate description paragraph. Click the "Create Video" button and log in to your Google account if asked to.2Click "Create" and choose "Quick Video Makers" from the GoAnimate toolbar.3Choose the "Video eCard" template.

You can :Choose one of GoAnimate's default pictures. If you choose one of GoAnimate's pictures, you can skip the next step.Upload an image from you computer. Click the "Upload Image" link within the "Get an image from your computer" box. The Upload Image dialog will appear. Click "Upload an Image".

Heads are cartoon-like eyes and a mouth that will cite your dialog. You can re-size the whole head, or just single components (eyes, mouth). You can add heads by dragging from the heads pane and dropping them into your picture preview. You can drag and drop heads into a new location.

You can switch the character using the "Actor" button.You can change the emotion the character will use when saying a line using the "emotions" button. This button will display a facial expressions selection window. Choose the desired emotion and click "confirm".You can switch between text entry and voice recording using the lower right buttons.You can select different voices and voice styles for your actors using the "Voice" button. This will display a voice switching warning and then a voice selection window.7Select the background music.

Click the "Save Now" button when you are done.12Enter your video information in the page that appears. You'll need to provide the title of your video (this will be the title of the video on YouTube), and the message (which will also be used in the YouTube published video as the description). Click the "Publish as Public" or "Publish as Private" button when you are finished.
