Any Geo-Redirecting Link Plugins?

So basically what I want is a plugin, or a way to post a link on my website that redirects
people to different URLs based on their geo-location when they click on the link.

US User -> Clicks link -> Gets redirected to a page only for people from USA for example.
CA User -> Clicks link -> Gets redirected to a page only for people from Canada for example.

If anyone knows of a way to achieve this, or a plugin with these functions I would be very grateful.
I don't care if the plugin costs a bit of money or not.
