Hi DigitalPoint,
I'am looking for someone to join my team who has experience using freelancer type websites. You should know how to use them, how to get work from them and having a high ranking account would be beneficial but not necessary. Any other skills in web development, graphic design, etc. would be mostly welcomed but again not crucial. We are mainly looking for someone who knows how to use these sites and get work. We are specifically targeting freelancer.com and oDesk but other proposals are welcome. Please PM me or add me on Skype (jack.szafranek) for more information. Thanks,
Jack

Is there any way to huge income from AdSense for new websites?
Hi AdSense Pro,
I have a new website now I am willing to know that Is there any way to huge income from AdSense for new websites?
Attract visitors and even with a good new site you can earn huge revenue
Learn good ways to attract traffic. Increase traffic constantly by doing guest posts, possibly even using YouTube marketing and social media. Traffic comes with hard work, but it's worth if you have good earnings per click.Pay attention to increasing the CTR, so optimize the pages for adequate CTR and that will increase profits!
But, make sure you don't abuse any of their rules, study the terms carefully. They are known to kick some people out even for the slightest signs of non-compliance. Even if you're at "the edge" of their rules, they might band you without thinking.

2 separate websites or 2 websites in one?
Hello,I am planning to make a video blog website regarding a certain niche, and I plan to have 2 versions of the site, one in English and another one is my local language. Is it better to have two separate websites or the 2 websites under one domain name (with a landing page that enables the visitor to choose their language)?
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

How Many Websites Do You Run?
I currently have 40 or so active (normal) sites, plus 17 adult-oriented. I own (at last count) 137 domain names.Of the normal ones, almost all of them are WP-based and either irregular or have content scheduled for the next month or two (to simplify matters!). Two or three have active authors producing regular content.
The domain names without content are parked at the moment, until I get around to putting stuff on them!

Budget Link Building Package for Your Business Websites
REVIEW:I just received all my reports and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. I got separate reports for the wikis, press releases, guest postings, directory submissions and article syndication. He also gave me the article he used, the press release, the guest post, etc. It was very detailed reports. As for the actual results, it's better than it was. I saw a difference a couple of days before I got the report. I have more backlinks, relevant results for my keyword(s) and a better Alexa. I'm sure if I wait a a few more days or weeks that the results will be even better, but I had to review right away. This is a good buy!

Google Chrome Blocks Popular Websites For Being Infected With Malware
Google Chrome users have been blocked from visiting several popular websites in recent days after their browsers warned those sites could infect their computers with malware.
Many have reported on Twitter their failed attempts to visit a variety of websites -- including The Washington Post, The Guardian, The Verge, The Huffington Post, Pandora and even YouTube, which is owned by Google. Instead, they said they were shown a page from Google Chrome that began “Danger: Malware Ahead" and explained that some content on each site came from a “known malware distributor."
"Visiting this page now is very likely to infect your computer with malware," the message said.
What Search Engine Land Danny Sullivan saw when trying to visit HuffPost.
Dan Lohrmann, a columnist for the security blog CSOonline.com, said he received the message while checking sports scores this weekend on ESPN.com.
"Having never seen this message before, I was somewhat surprised, but also intrigued," he wrote. "Was this a mistake? Could ESPN.com really be infected with malware? What was really going on here?"
Many warnings said the malicious content stemmed from a site called us.bernerverein.ch, which appears to be owned by a club at a university in Switzerland, according to the San Jose Mercury News. Other warnings last week said the malware came from Buddy TV, a source of TV show recaps, and Netseer, which serves targeted ads for websites. Chrome had blocked Netseer's corporate website after the site had been infected, according to the Mercury News. Netseer said in a statement on its website it worked with Google and its site was removed from Chrome's list of infected sites.
A Google spokeswoman declined to comment on individual malware cases but said its Chrome browser is working as intended to keep users safe from legitimate threats on the web."
The feature that blocked the sites is called Safe Browsing, a security initiative created by Google five years ago to keep Internet users safe from malicious content. Last June, Google said it flags about 9,500 new malicious websites every day to protect users from so-called "drive-by downloads" that infect computers with malware when users click on an infected site.

YouTube Publishers Can Embed Links to External Websites in Videos
You can now insert live hyperlinks to any of your external websites inside YouTube videos with the help of video annotations.
Link your website(s) with your YouTube channel.
Some good news for YouTube publishers. You can now embed links in your YouTube videos using the annotations feature of YouTube. These hyperlinks may either point to your website’s homepage or to any other internal webpage of a site that is associated with your YouTube account or channel.
Thus, if your YouTube video explains how to boil an egg, you can insert an annotation linking to your blog post where the steps are described in greater detail. Or if your video contains a news footage, the annotation may point to the text version of the new story hosted on your own website.
The links are clickable and work even if the YouTube video is embedded on to another website. Here are some YouTube videos where I have enabled URL annotations.
Before you can embed links in your YouTube videos, you need to associate your websites with your YouTube channel (in case you haven’t done it before).
Sign-in to your Google Webmasters account and click the site name that you would like to associate with YouTube. Then go to Configuration -> Associates -> Add New User and enter the email address that is associate with your YouTube channel. Now your website is linked to your YouTube account.

Next, go to youtube.com/verify and associate your phone number with your YouTube channel. Phone verification is essential for YouTube to enable extra features in your account which includes videos URL annotations and the ability to upload videos of unlimited length to YouTube.
Related: Add Logos to your YouTube Videos
Once the account is verified, open any of YouTube videos and click the “Annotations” link to create and edit annotations for that video. Here you’ll see a banner that says “Enable your account for external annotation links” – click the “Enable” button and you are all set to create annotations to external websites now.
While you are inside the Annotations edition, click the Add annotation button to create a new annotation and choose between Speech Bubbles, Notes, Spotlight or Label. Select the “Link” checkbox, choose “Associated Website” from the drop-down and paste the URL. Publish and you’re done.
One more thing. While you can place annotations anywhere in the video player, it may be a good idea to avoid the lower third as the area is often used to display ads.

How to Create Websites Optimized for Mobile
Mobile Internet is on the rise all over the world. Many commentators have predicted that mobile search will overtake desktop by 2015 and in some countries, including China and India, this is already the case.
View the Original article
If you're not tapping into this market on the move you're missing out. And the "expectation gap" for mobile performance is also growing quickly, with mobile users expecting faster load times and sites optimized for handheld devices. A survey by mobile and web performance management firm Keynote Systems Inc. found that 64 percent of smartphone users in the U.S. wanted a site to load within four seconds, with 16 percent of respondents saying they would not return or wait for a site to load if it takes too long. After loading times, non-optimized sites were the second biggest gripe.
Clearly it's not always enough to have a single website that can be accessed from mobile and desktop browsers alike. Mobile users expect a different experience from the one they'll get on your standard website. There are some relatively simple steps to help ensure they get what they want.
Simplify Your Design
The small screen size of mobile browsers demands a different approach to desktop website design. Clear, simple designs work best, preferably in a single column, as most users don't want to be scrolling sideways across a page as well as up and down. Pages should not be cluttered or crammed with too much information. The use of white space can help achieve a clean, unfussy look and make your mobile-optimized site clearer and more navigable.
Optimize Your Content
Before adapting your content you should consider what visitors actually want from your site. Most people do not casually surf the web on mobile devices the way they do on desktop. Instead, they tend to visit sites with a particular aim in mind. This may be to check the prices of your products, to find directions to your store, or to find a specific piece of information depending on the nature of your business and site.
Almost invariably, they don't want to read a lengthy mission statement, detailed staff biographies, or learn that you're a great equal opportunities employer. By all means include links to the full version of your website where you can cram in as much information as you like. When thinking of mobile usage, however, think primarily of functionality.
Make Navigation Easier
Users do not want to be clicking through numerous pages and it's usually best to put the most important information and functions on the opening page where possible.
When other pages do have to be accessed you should make the process of navigation as simple as possible. Don't forget that the small screen size of mobile browsers is not ideally suited for clicking on small items. Many mobile devices use a finger as the primary input device and this can be considerably less accurate than a mouse cursor when it comes to clicking the correct button or link. Clearly marked, reasonably large buttons are generally far better than tiny hotspots, clickable images, or embedded text links.
Similarly, it can be useful if you minimize the amount of text a visitor has to enter in order to achieve her goal. Using dropdown menus, checklists, and pre-populated fields as a means of data entry can all help minimize the amount of typing a visitor has to do on a small handheld keyboard and streamline the visit.
Minimize Load Times
If you've already simplified your design, that will also reduce load times. But there are a number of additional things to bear in mind. Flash might be great for regular websites, but too much animation can have a major effect on load times. Not to mention the fact that Apple products do not support Flash at all - a big deal considering the iPhone is 30 percent of the smartphone market. Java can also be a huge drag on load times. It's often better to simply do away with animations and automatically-starting video and audio effects altogether.
Large, high-resolution images can also affect load times. Consider whether all your images are necessary. Do they add anything essential or are they just decorative? Ensure any images you do use are sized and optimized for the mobile format.
Make Your Brand Recognizable
Your mobile-optimized site is likely to be considerably different to your regular site, but a customer who visits both should still feel they stem from the same source. Logos, tone of content, and other branding elements should carry over from one site to the other. This will help to make a strong impression on new visitors and add a sense of familiarity to repeat customers - the single most important asset a business can have.
