The Power Of Targeted Website Traffic

Targeted website traffic is the only kind of traffic which will make your blog financially successful. It’s the traffic you need to grow your business because it includes the people who most like to buy from or through you.
Long gone are the days when you could make money just based on the number of people who visit your site. Today, whether you display advertisements or you promote affiliate products or you sell products of your own, you need visitors who are willing to pay someone for something they saw on your site.
Even trying to increase Adsense earnings or other web advertising traffic requires the right strategies. Websmasters forget that and most think that getting any old traffic will do. No this is not true because if your traffic is merely junk then the advertisers will notice this and avoid your website.
The vast majority of traffic to any given website goes there with no intention of buying anything, and so the vast majority of websites gain nothing from the useful information or entertainment they provide. If you want your website to be successful, you have to be the exception to the rule—you have to create a website which attracts targeted website traffic willing to buy from you or your affiliated websites.
Two things must be determined up front: how you most effectively sell and where to find buyers.
How you sell depends on your site’s business model. There are three common models in use on the Internet:
1. Advertisements: you display advertisements for other people’s products. Every time a visitor clicks an advertisement on your site, you get a small fee.
2. Affiliate commissions or sales: in your posts, videos, and other content, you link to products—your products or someone else’s products. When someone buys a product from one of those affiliate sites, you receive either an affiliate commission or the direct profit from the sale. ClickBank and JVZoo are two of the most popular and I think JVZoo is probably the best affiliate program around.
3. List building: instead of selling to people through your website, you get them on your mailing list (or social media account) and then use regular communication to sell to them repeatedly.

Your strategy for finding targeted website traffic stays mostly the same regardless of which selling method you use. The only difference is the goal you set for yourself. Advertisers and affiliate programs need to track ad clicks; sales sites need to track sales; mailing list sites need to track subscriptions.
To find your targeted website traffic, look for topics related to your best-paying advertisements, top-selling products, or mailing list topics and then see if those topics convert.
The quickest way I know to test topic conversion is using advertisements. Set up a new advertisement campaign which targets a bunch of different keywords. Then activate each keyword for 100 clicks and see how many of those clicks turn into ad clicks, buyers, or subscribers on your site. I am not saying that you should buy website targeted traffic as this would cost too much, I am saying to use this as a test.
Some of the keywords you target will perform well; some of them will not. Obviously, the keywords which perform well are the ones that end up attracting the kind of targeted website traffic you need more of.
Now that you know which keywords attract the traffic you want, you can write articles and produce videos which will work continuously to draw the best performing, high-quality traffic to your website.

Using Google Adwords To Drive Laser Targeted Traffic
The biggest known secret in generating wealth on the internet with your ebusiness is Traffic. Everybody knows it; every site wants it and every site needs it. Julian Assange Bill Maher Interview: WikiLeaks Founder Slams Drones, Targeted Killings
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange weighed in on the brewing controversy surrounding the Obama administration's targeted killing program Friday night during an appearance on "Real Time With Bill Maher."
Assange railed against the revelation, made by NBC News earlier this week, that the U.S. government reserves the right to extrajudicially kill U.S. citizens, as long as they are perceived to be "imminent" terror threats -- with "imminence" being given an especially broad definition.
Said Assange:
You can be killed by someone in the White House, the president on down, completely arbitrary reasons. You won't know you're on the kill list until you're dead.Lawyers, if you have a suspicion you might be on this kill list, they can't even represent you. That was the case for our lawyers, the Center for Constitutional Rights, trying to represent Anwar Al-Awlaki -- who was discovered to be on that kill list, and his son -- wasn't even allowed to be his lawyer, because he was part of a proscribed organization.
Anwar Al-Awlaki was an alleged al Qaeda militant whose assassination by drone strike in 2011 engendered a significant amount of controversy, as Awlaki was a U.S. citizen. His 16-year-old son, Abdulrahman, who was also a U.S. citizen, was killed two weeks later in a separate drone strike in Yemen.
Assange continued to hammer away at the U.S. government, saying:
...[W]hen an executive can kill its own citizens arbitrarily at will, in secret, without any of the decision making becoming public, without even the rules of procedure, without even the laws behind it being public -- that's why we need organizations like WikiLeaks.
Assange spoke with Maher from the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where he has been living for several months. The WikiLeaks founder faces rape charges in Sweden, which he denies.

My blog currently receives about 15-30 unique visits a day. I'm trying to increase that number. My blog is about finance/investing, so were is the best to share it? I want new visitors that are interested in finance/investing. How To Be A Guest Blogging Genius With Targeted Posts
Guest blogging has become the latest buzz word. Ever since Google officially banned every black hat SEO method people have been trying to blacklist guest blogging too. Small business owners, new born bloggers, everyone wants to be seen with a link from all those blogs that are doing well. You might have seen several guest posts here and if you are a blogger you might be summoning up the courage to forward a guest posting request. But if guest blogging is only for backlinks then I should warn you that, that you are missing the fun in the game.
Michael Chibuzor is a person who did 600 posts in 1 year for promoting his blog.
On the way what happened was that he created a 5 figure freelancing income, added hundreds of new subscribers to his list, got free targeted traffic from search engines despite Google’s heartless monsters romping the way etc etc. But it was not so in the beginning. After 60 or so posts he began wondering. I get traffic, I get comments, I get appreciation, maybe I make some money too.
But is it enough?
I will tell you how you can make your guest posts targeted so that you achieve results from them.
In the above example Michael just guest posted and did nothing to capture the visitors borrowed from an A list blogger. He did not have an optin form set up. That is only one of the biggest mistakes people do.
If you have visitors then you should be converting them to your email list too. In that way you will always have them with you.
What did he do to make the most out of guest blogging?
He asked someone to design a custom theme so that he can capture most of the visitors who come to his blog. The very first thing that you can see is the opt in form on his blog these days.
The second mistake which became obvious was when I read a post by blog tyrant at copy blogger on guest blogging. He said that guest posts should be targeted at something. If its a free ebook you are promoting, then your post should also be around it too. A few months ago when Zac Johnson was promoting his new e book he did several guest posts on related topics like-“ If your blog were a book would you read it?”. If its a post that needs recognition then while guest blogging, write something related to it.
Here is a post on Problogger which does exactly what it sets out to do. The post is titled- How to Make More Money Blogging, Stop Worrying About Advertising, and Get Back to Writing What You Love.
Here Sophie Lizard is showing her understanding of the difficulty in making an income online with affiliate marketing alone. See how Sophie is promoting freelancing as an income option amongst bloggers and in the end giving away an e book titled –“ The ultimate list of paid blogging gigs” which is just apt. I am sure that the opt in rates would have surpassed all expectations that day.
Here is another post by Mitz Pantic who’s also a contributor here at Basic Blog Tips, telling us how she earns $100 plus for every guest post that she contributes at the ComLuv blog.
What she does is write a good post a comluv and link it up with one of her posts which also sells an SEO product. The posts which she links up would be extraordinarily detailed and dripping with all the knowledge that she has acquired as a blogger.
Its a very intelligent technique.
So what are your guest posts targeted at?
A completely Google Penguin friendly trick to gain backlinks and traffic is guest posting. But it can also be done for SEO purposes too.
Most of the big blogs do not allow links in the body of the post but the smaller ones would allow that. Oni Balusi of YoungPrePro wrote 31 guest posts in one week to the same effect. He wrote a post on his blog and linked it up with guest posts he did elsewhere with matching anchor texts.
What happened was an improvement in the organic traffic, he jumped several places ahead of competition with this technique for the keywords like “writing tips”.
To be exact Google started sending his man 134 additional visitors everyday.
He too makes a 5 figure income now and he is barely 16…

Hey good post! Just curious, how effective is search engine optimisation by means of promoting a product or service offline. I see pages on a regular basis to promote a web based usually product (book, amazon.com and many others), but if I need to say a Sun studio – promote is the web an effective way to do this? Do you know examples of this? Anyway, upfront thanks for all the help.
